How to register?


Step 1: Invitation to Register


You will receive an official registration invitation via SAP Ariba from Exyte.



Step 2: Digital Supplier Registration


Complete your company profile in Ariba. You will be asked to provide basic company details, banking information, legal documents, certifications, and contact information.



Step 3: Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ)


You will be guided through a structured questionnaire covering key areas:



  • Financial and legal standing
  • Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
  • Sustainability & ESG compliance
  • Technical capabilities and references
  • Compliance and Risk Management
  • Quality Management
  • Export Control
  • Quality assurance processes


Step 4: Internal Review


Our procurement, technical, and compliance teams will review your application. During this step, we may contact you for additional information or clarification.



Step 5: Approval & Onboarding


Once approved, you become part of our qualified supplier pool and will be eligible to participate in sourcing events, bid proposals, and project opportunities across our Global Exyte business.



Step 6: Continuous Collaboration


Suppliers are encouraged to maintain and regularly update their profiles. Please be advised that Exyte requires annual requalification and specific updates to ensure compliance and alignment with evolving standards.
