The new office provides space for up to 150 employees – while a large share of Exyte’s workforce continues to work directly on construction sites across Dresden. Located near the city center in Dresden’s Radeberger Vorstadt district, the 2,700-square-meter office spans five floors. The new engineering and project execution hub in the historic “Prussian Quarter,” close to the Elbe River, reflects Exyte’s long-standing presence and continued growth in Saxony. With decades of experience in delivering advanced facilities for global blue-chip clients in the semiconductor and electronics sectors, Exyte has played a key role in shaping the region's development. Proximity to Silicon Saxony allows Exyte to deliver local, state-of-the-art semiconductor projects with greater agility and efficiency. Since the early 1990s, leading international players in the semiconductor industry, with the support of Exyte, have established manufacturing facilities in Dresden.
