Exyte announces changes to its Executive Board
Exyte, a global leader in the design, engineering, and delivery of ultra-clean and sustainable facilities for high-tech industries, has made changes to its Executive Board.
Effective September 1, 2025, Jürgen Raschendorfer has joined Exyte as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and member of the Executive Board.
Raschendorfer brings more than 20 years of international leadership experience in engineering and construction, including service as COO and board member at Austrian construction company Porr and earlier senior roles at Strabag and Züblin. He holds a degree in civil engineering from the University of Wuppertal, Germany.
Effective October 1, 2025, Peter Schönhofer has rejoined Exyte as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Schönhofer previously served as Exyte’s CFO from 2020 to 2023. Prior to joining Exyte in 2020, he held senior finance and leadership roles at Unilever, Siemens and Magna Steyr. Elena Bashkeeva, the current Chief Financial Officer (CFO), has decided to pursue other opportunities outside of Exyte.
