The company’s growth has been nothing short of remarkable. In the last five years, since Exyte’s inception in 2018, sales have doubled, and the workforce has grown by 70 percent. Profits have reached new heights. “These achievements are just the beginning,” says Exyte CEO Dr. Wolfgang Büchele. “As Exyte looks into the future, I am excited for new business opportunities and our journey towards the “Pathway to Ten”, to reach 10 billion euros in sales and a workforce of 15,000 employees.”   

Year on year, Exyte has significantly increased sales targets and exceeded expectations, despite global incidents and economic uncertainty. These accomplishments are a testament to the company’s commitment to following megatrends and adhering to a strategic roadmap. “The stability of our strategic course has placed Exyte in a favorable position to sustain growth trajectory, even when faced with increasingly demanding macroeconomic conditions,” Büchele continues.
