#ExyteCareersAreExciting – New employer brand presented
Around 15,000 employees are expected to work for Exyte in 2027, more than twice as many as in 2021. This is the only way to achieve the intended growth to ten billion euros in sales. Talent acquisition and recruiting are therefore central tasks within the framework of “Next Level” on the “Pathway to Ten.” Exyte is now presenting a professionally developed employer brand for the first time.
“Our new employer branding is an important milestone for Exyte. For the first time, we now have a global employer brand to market the company both internally and externally. The new employer brand directly addresses the wishes and needs of our target groups such as project managers and engineers,” says Alexandra Kuebler, Vice President Corporate Human Resources.
Modern and fresh global employer brand
In terms of content, the employer branding expresses what is special about Exyte. Different motifs and headlines address both the purpose of Exyte and the ambition to shape a better future. Other headlines focus on responsibilities and career opportunities at Exyte. The main actors of future campaigns are Exyte employees. "Real stories from real employees show what makes working at Exyte special," emphasizes Sehnaz Gauer, Global Head of Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding. For example, Exyte employees can be seen and heard on the newly designed career website.
Visually, the new employer branding is reflected in a significantly further developed corporate design. Where the colors white and blue previously dominated, the accent color violet is now being used in a targeted manner. “The visual language is modern, strong, tangible, emotional - and shows the technical and engineering core of the company”, says René Ziegler, Vice President Corporate Communications and Investor Relations. “The new employer branding encompasses Exyte's unique attributes, our corporate brand message, mission, and employer value proposition. The claim "#ExyteCareersAreExciting" is as obvious as it is good.”
Consistent framework
The new employer branding is the basis for talent acquisition. “We now have a consistent framework for our global talent acquisition activities”, adds Gauer. The focus will be on data-driven content marketing strategies in social media that take regional recruiting needs into account. "We want applicants to click 'apply now' because they are convinced that Exyte is the right employer for them," says Kuebler
