Personnel Changes at Exyte: Mark Garvey has been appointed to the Executive Board of Exyte

Garvey joined Exyte's predecessor company, M+W Group, in 2015 as the CEO of the Asia Pacific region. In 2020, he took over as President of the Global Business Unit ATF which is the largest business unit of Exyte in terms of sales. In 2022, the Business Unit generated 6.4 billion euros, accounting for almost 87 percent of Exyte's total sales. The ATF business segment offers consulting and planning services, engineering, and design services, as well as full engineering-procurement-construction delivery (EPC) of manufacturing facilities as well as research and development facilities in the high-tech industry. Exyte’s Advanced Technology Facilities market includes primarily semiconductor facilities and manufacturing facilities for battery cells. 

Before joining Exyte, Garvey worked for 25 years at the US company Foster Wheeler. During his tenure, he held various leadership and managerial positions, including responsibilities for business operations in the USA, Latin America, and Asia.  

A successor for Garvey's role as President GBU Advanced Technology Facilities is currently being looked for.
