Exyte has appointed Tim Kreidel as Executive Vice President Operations for the Regional Areas Continental Europe (COE) and Northern Europe and Israel (NEI). Based in Stuttgart, he will spend the majority of his time on project sites and at main offices, reporting directly to Chief Operating Officer Jürgen Raschendorfer.
Kreidel joins Exyte from the engineering company Jacobs, where he most recently served as Director Operations and Program Management in EPCM, leading major semiconductor, life science, and data center programs across Europe.
He has more than 25 years of experience in delivering complex EPC and EPCM projects. His background includes leadership roles across both contractor and client organizations, giving him a strong perspective on end-to-end project delivery. He has worked internationally across Europe, the Middle East, and the United States. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at companies including Tesla Brandenburg, Obermeyer, Astad Project Management, Hill International, and Atkins Middle East.
In his new role, Kreidel will be responsible for Operations in the Regional Areas Continental Europe and Northern Europe and Israel. He will work closely with Business Acquisition and Engineering to ensure successful project delivery and high customer satisfaction.
“Europe is currently our most active region with the highest project volume. Tim Kreidel’s experience in managing complex programs at scale and driving consistent delivery will play a key role in supporting our continued growth and performance in the region,” says Raschendorfer.
“Exyte operates at the forefront of high-tech infrastructure. I look forward to working closely with our teams across Operations, Engineering, and Business Acquisition to ensure strong delivery performance and create value for our clients,” says Kreidel.
Kreidel is a qualified architect and studied architecture in Berlin, followed by advanced studies in New York.
