Executive Board extension at Exyte: Werner Greyling joins as second COO

Exyte welcomes Werner Greyling as its second Chief Operating Officer and member of the Executive Board, effective December 1, 2025. Based in the United States, Greyling will oversee Operations in the USA region and, together with Board mem-ber and Chief Operating Officer Jürgen Raschendorfer, assume joint responsibility for global operations leadership and for strengthening project execution across all regions.

With over 25 years of experience in engineering, project delivery, and operational leadership, Greyling brings extensive expertise in large-scale high-tech facility construction to Exyte. He previously worked for Exyte’s predecessor company, M+W Group, and went on to hold senior leadership positions at DPS Group and Arcadis. Most recently, he served as Global Business Unit Director Semiconductors at Arcadis, following his role as President, U.S. Operations for DPS Group. Greyling holds a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying from the University of Pretoria, South Africa.
