Hyperscale Colocation Data Center Milan

Prefabricated piping rack manufactured offsite for data center infrastructure, featuring insulated process piping, modular steel framing, and ready-to-install MEP systems.
Data center piping modules being fabricated in a workshop, with preassembled mechanical systems and steel support structures prepared for rapid onsite installation.

Prefabricated racks were built in an Off-site manufacturing facility to ensure consistency and quicker execution times.

Structural and superstructure elements were engineered into repeatable modular frame solutions to enable rapid on‑site erection and early enclosure. Mechanical and electrical services were supported by prefabricated supports, off‑site fabricated process cooling water (PCW) pipework, and factory‑assembled electrical systems. Internal conveyance modules were also manufactured off‑site and installed as integrated units, reducing interfaces and minimizing disruption during concurrent construction activities.

This modular delivery strategy improved installation efficiency, enhanced coordination across multiple workstreams, and reduced on‑site labor intensity. It also enabled greater predictability for phased energization and tenant readiness, supporting the flexibility and scalability required in large‑scale colocation environments.

The completed campus delivers a robust, adaptable platform capable of meeting evolving market demand while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and operational reliability.
