Vendor pre-qualification support page
Welcome to the Exyte’s vendor pre-qualification support page for the Micron Expansion Project in Boise, Idaho.
If you are interested in applying to become a vendor for the project, you’re in the right place!
Before you can begin the pre-qualification process you need to be a registered and licensed contractor in Idaho.
Not a licensed contractor in Idaho? Get started here.
Register your contractor business with these three authorities.
1. Idaho Secretary of State – Phil McGrane
2. Welcome to Idaho Department of Labor
3. Contractors Board | Division of Occupational and Professional Licenses
Already licensed and registered? Congratulations! You’re one step closer to being a vendor!
Next step: you’ll need to make sure you have made an official expression of interest by completing this pre-qualification form.
1. Vendor Pre-qualification Form
Once the previous step is done, you will receive formal pre-qualification documents sent to the email address you provide.
Almost there! Just Complete and Send Back the Pre-Qualification Documents.
To help avoid delays, please carefully review the documents and instructions provided and return:
- A signed copy of the NDA with your company’s information entered in the highlighted sections of the header;
- A completed copy of the New Vendor’s Packet with your company’s W-9 attached;
- A copy of the questionnaire with all sections completed; please enter “N/A” if you believe a section is not applicable to your company;
- A certificate of insurance illustrating your compliance with the requirements outlined in Exhibit E;
- Copies of any quality or safety plans you may have.
Note: We do not need you to return blank copies of the documents we provide. Please send all documents as separate files, not combined.
Additionally, if you anticipate performing work on site—that is, acting as a subcontractor—we also require:
- A copy of your ICB license if and only if you have indicated that you are licensed with the Idaho Contractor’s Board;
- 5 years of your OSHA 300As (not OSHA 300s), per client requirements;
- A signed EMR letter from your insurance carrier showing the last 3 years of your EMR;
- And a copy of any OSHA citations you might have received.
Note: Omitting any of these documents or filling them out incorrectly will result in delays to your prequalification.
Next Step: Hit Send!
Please return the completed prequalification documents to Ian.Mitchell@exyte.net and ID1_Procurement_Bid@exyte.net.
Note: DO NOT RETURN TO ONLY ID1_PROCUREMENT_BID, or else your prequalification will be delayed and you may have to resubmit documents.
Exyte prefers that all prequalification documents be returned within 3 business days of receipt.
Next Step: All Done!
You’re pre-qualification submission will be reviewed shortly by the Exyte team and will reach back out to the email provided to update you on the status and next steps to the bidding process.
Thank you for your interest in partnering with Exyte on the Micron Expansion Project.
