Exyte is recognised as a Top Employer 2023

Exyte is a “Top Employer 2023”. The leader in the design, engineering, and delivery of ultra-clean and sustainable facilities for high-tech industries is one of the best employers in Germany. The basis for the certification as "Top Employer 2023" are an audit and evaluation by the Top Employer Institute. Being certified as a Top Employer showcases an organisation’s dedication to creating a better world of work and exhibits this through excellent Human Resources policies and people practices. 

The Top Employers Institute programme certifies organisations based on the participation and results of their HR Best Practices Survey. This survey covers six HR domains consisting of 20 topics including People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Wellbeing and more. 

Development of Exyte as an employer

Exyte's strengths include sustainability, values, and integrity. The area of digital training and the structured, globally available onboarding process also made a significant contribution to the good result of the certification.

A focus for Exyte in 2023 is hiring worldwide in areas such as project management, construction management and engineering.
