M+W Group optimizes location structure in Germany

The leading global high-tech engineering company M+W Group is further optimizing its company profile, focusing on its core businesses in the growth areas Advanced Technology Facilities, Life Sciences & Chemicals and Data Centers as part of its ongoing strategic development.
As a consequence, M+W Central Europe GmbH, an M+W Group company, has sold three locations in Germany. The location Schwedt has been taken over by John Brown Voest (JBV), which is part of the Griesemann Group. The Ludwigshafen and Schwarzheide sites were sold to the WorleyParsons Group.
The German business of M+W Central Europe GmbH thus focuses on Advanced Technology Facilities (in particular Semiconductors), Life Sciences (especially Pharma, Biopharma, Food & Nutrition and Consumer Care) and Specialty Chemicals as well as Data Centers.
