Location: Magdeburg, Germany 
Scope of Exyte: EPC (Package) - General Contractor for MEP (Design & Build) 

Key features 

 

  • The two clusters of the Data Center will be built at 2 locations 
  • The Data Center consists of 7 modules (7x1.200 m² IT-space), 2 network facilities (2 x 1.000 m² IT-space) and 2 office buildings 
  • The project will be certified according to LEED Gold standard with a PUE factor <1.3
