Compliance

The right way at Exyte

It is Exyte’s commitment to conduct business in accordance with the highest ethical, moral, and legal standards throughout all business areas. This means, first and foremost, that we comply with all applicable laws and regulations – even if that means not to win a project or missing a business target. However, Compliance at Exyte goes further. We act with integrity and respect for business partners and for colleagues.

The Exyte Code of Conduct defines and summarizes the standards for legal compliance and ethical conduct for Exyte Group. It determines how we interact and work within Exyte and provides the basis for relationships with third parties like clients, suppliers, and consultants. The Exyte Code of Conduct applies to all Exyte legal entities, offices, and sites and is directly binding for all employees, directors, and officers. Exyte will also seek to influence and encourage subcontractors and suppliers to adopt our standards.

All employees are expected to understand and comply with the Exyte Code of Conduct and to apply it when conducting day-to-day business.

If you are not sure how to interpret laws or the Exyte Code of Conduct, please consult with the Exyte Compliance Team at ethics@exyte.net

Acting in compliance with the Exyte Code of Conduct is the right way.

Everywhere. For everyone.

Exyte has implemented a system for reporting actual or potential compliance issues. We strongly encourage you to report non-compliant conduct and to inform us about potential irregularities. In doing so, you can make Exyte a better place to work; or a better business partner. All reports made in good faith are taken seriously and will be investigated thoroughly. False accusations are prohibited, and abuse of the reporting system may lead to disciplinary or even legal consequences.

How to Speak Up?

You may reach out to Corporate Compliance for submitting reports or compliance concerns or in case of any questions at ethics@exyte.net.

You may submit an anonymous web or voice report via our independently operated Speak Up portal. Such reports can be made 24 hours, 7 days a week in most official languages of those countries where Exyte maintains offices. Visit www.speak-up.exyte.net for more details.

Who can Speak Up?

Speak Up is available to anyone, either inside or outside our company. Employees or business partners can raise any ethics or compliance concerns you have through email or the Speak Up portal. All reports will be reviewed and thoroughly investigated according to our investigation protocol.

How will you be protected?

At Exyte, we encourage people to Speak Up or share their concerns without fear of retaliation. Therefore, no adverse action will be taken against any employee, former employee, business partners, or any third party for reporting, participating, or assisting in the investigation of a reported misconduct, unless the allegation made or information provided is found to be intentionally false or not made or provided in good faith.

Any employee who feels that he or she has been subject to any retaliation behavior should immediately report such behavior to his or her supervisor, the Compliance Department, or by using the channels described above.
